San Francisco Assessor-Recorder Phil Ting announced that our city has the strongest real estate market in the state, with a growth of nearly $2 billion in the past year.  He goes on to say that we are fortunate in San Francisco and that he expects the growth to continue in the coming years.

The Huffington Post interviewed Rick - and he is quoted as saying he believes the city is a gold mine. Much of this is due to the fact that not only is San Francisco a desirable place to live - it is not a big place.  It is a 7 mile by 7 mile radius.  There is no new land.
