Its the new year and what better way to solve the resolution on your list of eating healthier is with a cleanse.
In our video "Your Best Move' Rick Teed interviews his friend, Teresa Piro, of the Can Can Cleanse. Teresa's cleanses consist of all seasonal whole food juices, soups and teas and are by her in her San Francisco kitchen.
You can do her 3-day comprehensive cleanse, the 1-day pick me up, the Green cleanse, or just purchase the juices individually. The 3 and 1-day cleanses consist of 8 juices a day. It is recommended that you just juice during the cleanse, but if you are feeling down or need a crunch, Teresa says you can eat the whole form of the foods in the juices.
