Butch Haze

Butch Haze knows a thing or two about the Bay Area, having grown up here. If he were to take you on a tour of the city, you’d walk away knowing exactly where to live, where to hang out, and probably meet a dozen people in the process.

With a stint in mortgage finance and an expertise in the luxury home market, he’s practiced real estate for over 15 years, concentrating on San Francisco, Southern Marin, and Stinson Beach.

Butch chose to settle in San Francisco because he loves the weather and history of California. He still believes there’s gold here. But today it's not a precious metal, but precious, sought after real estate. Furthermore, he thrives off the close proximity to Silicon Valley furthering his desire to use video technology to sell real estate.

An agent devoted to his job 24/7—he loves the business because it allows him to combine his social skills and sense of humor with his knowledge of the market.

Butch is active in the Olympic Club, St. Francis Yacht Club, the Dolphin Club and a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in communications and film.

Rick Teed

Don't do as I say, do as I do.  That's Rick Teed's philosophy.  Originally he didn't get into real estate to become an agent, he got into the business to make money redeveloping luxury, high-end real estate.  He bought his first home at 19 - saw the worth in raising the ceiling and adding skylights - thus adding value.  He never looked back.

He quickly earned a reputation as a top producing luxury real estate agent in San Francisco when he joined the sales profession in 2003.

A profitable roofing business and over 25 years experience as a contractor and developer have contributed to his success as a real estate agent and his understanding of quality of construction.  As a result, he believes whether it is a first-time homebuyer, a seller, an investor, or an established developer - when buying or selling real estate - adding value is a must.  Always actively working on a personal renovation project, Rick stays up-to-date with knowing how best to help his clients through their own project, whether big or small.

An avid negotiator when it comes to getting the best deal for his clients, this energetic nature stems from years of training and competing as a triathlete.  Rick is a member of the Olympic Club and attended the University of Colorado, Boulder.
