In her spare time, Tyler is a professional athlete that competes in Ironman triathlons and ultra distance running.
Maggie Lehan Alexandridis is a licensed real estate agent with Sotheby's International Realty. She also handles all the TeedHaze public relations and is the resident videographer/editor making all the videos on this site come to life!
Previously, Maggie was a producer for the television shows Extra and E! Entertainment Television/Style Network in Los Angeles. She covered events such as the OJ Simpson Trial and NY Fashion Week. Upon moving to San Francisco, she was the press relations manager at Macy's West for two years before starting her own PR firm for six. Additionally, for the last five years she has also been the in-house videographer for the interactive technology and projection company, Obscura Digital.
Maggie grew up in Marin and resides there now. Maggie ran competitively in college and received her BA in English and minor in Journalism from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
Marin Good is a licensed agent. She also runs all things office for the TeedHaze team. Around here, she is known as the Office Manager Extraordinaire.
Before moving to San Francisco, Marin was an investment banking analyst in Atlanta for two years. She then moved to San Diego and began her foray into real estate and worked for a luxury real estate agent in Rancho Santa Fe. Her love for Nothern California brought her to San Francisco... and Rick Teed. When interviewing with agents someone said "call Rick." His first words were, "I feel like I know you already!" That was four years ago.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Marin attended Emory University in Atlanta receiving a BS in Biology. She loves running too and does it more consistently than Maggie!
Amanda Scherck is the Project Manager on most of the TeedHaze luxury development projects and she also handles many of her own! She is knowledgeable about finishes, budgets, and cutting costs, and posses the overall vision for each project from beginning to end.
Her past as a store manager for two high-end fashion boutiques has enabled her to transition seamlessly into the home design and renovation field. She works closely with her clients, taking them step by step through the process of renvovation, and makes sure they are getting everything thing they need from the perfect lighting to the ultimate walk-in closet.
Amanda attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff receiving her BA in Elementary Education and minor in Fine Arts. Amanda loves to travel and gets much of her inspiration from doing so.
